Getting started

  1. Alway make sure the wheels are fully engaged before starting.
  2. Find a rail or counter that you can hold to keep your balance.
  3. Put one foot in front of the other (never side by side).
  4. Work out which foot you feel most comfortable with in front.
  5. Hold onto the rail/counter and lift your toes up, balancing on your wheels
  6. Pull yourself along keeping your balance
  7. If you lose your balance, just put your toes down
  8. Once your comfortable balancing, take a normal step with your back foot.
